This has good potential. It is clunky on file rename, but works fine.
Folder rename is a different story - and not great. First, folder and file name choices are way off in the preferences. It should be a check box structure for ease: Check for Files; Check for Folders (check both or just 1).

Second, it crashed on changing a folder name. It changed only the root level folder, and after I restarted, it would not change subfolder names.

So, if you never need to change folder names, this is pretty good.
