Disappointing first use

I bought QFR for a specific use case. I had a directory tree where I wanted to change the extension of a set of files but two bugs kept me from doing it. The first thing I tried to do was use the “Replace Text” action to change a group of files with a pattern of aaa.bbb.cc to aaa.dd but because part of the text I was looking for included the file’s extension it didn’t find any files to rename. I figured I could workaround the issue by changing the extension but because the directory tree included files that had the same names QFR claimed that that was an error and refused to make any changes. I made sure that the option to keep the files in their original directory was checked so there werent any real naming conflicts.

I reported theses two issues so we’ll see how well the developers respond.
